ADA Seating

This location is ADA compliant and accessible to patrons who use wheelchairs, mobility aids, and other power-driven devices. Companion seats must be purchased separately (chairs and/or seats are not provided in Sections B, D, NTA, or ST).

No Alcohol Section

The consumption of alcoholic beverages is not permitted in this section. Intoxicated patrons may be removed by the Darke County Sheriff Deputies.

Obstructed View

View may be obstructed by physical structure in the immediate area of this seat (ex. a roof upright, handrail, etc.).

Pit Pass Age Restriction

AGE RESTRICTION! Children 13 and younger are not permitted into the pit area or other restricted areas at Eldora Speedway. For admission to the pit area with their parent(s) and/or legal guardian(s), children aged 14 through 17 must have a completed "Minor's Assumption of Risk and Release and Waiver of Liability" form. The parent(s) and/or legal guardians must complete the "Parental Consent, Release and Waiver of Liability, Assumption of Risk, and Indemity Agreement" of the minor waiver form. Documents may be completed in advance. Both sides of the waiver must be printed in color and completed in front of a notary public.
